The rainbow roll had absolutely no taste! How is this possible? Thought I would try out this place, time for a change because I eat at the same places. Very disappointed. Guess I should have had hibachi.

Great service and cuisine from people passionate about their business! Excellent hibachi food reasonably priced without the fanfare. Sushi is good as well, for OK. Easy to get in and out, great for lunch!

Wonderful sushi and hibachi (FYI: not table side) restaurant! Good quality fish, served at a reasonable price. The owner and his family work an open kitchen where you can observe the quality of the chief and his fish. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in nearby hotels!

I came in to get a nice salmon hibachi lunch to go...I was very worried my salmon would be over cooked since it was hot off the grill and then put in a to go container .. Not at all! It was so delicious ... The best salmon I've had in a long time. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely a great option if you want good food in a casual setting.

Wow! I don't get over this way very often (by design - the traffic and chain stores and breastaurants over here make me want to move to a yurt) so I had never known this little place existed. What a treat. Quick, fresh hibachi, dine in or carry out. We had the filet and the shrimp, which came with veggies and rice. We upgraded to fried rice, added clear broth soup and house salads, and took it to go. Getting all this home to share with family was a bit of a feat, but they did a great job wrapping it up to go. We enjoyed every bite, and there was plenty left over. The house salads were especially generous, with a lot of fresh lettuce, tomatoes and cukes and a huge container of fresh, fibrous, tangy ginger dressing. The restaurant itself was clean and bright, and the food smelled fantastic while we waited for ours. We shared a cold Sapporo in a frosted glass while we waited. The chef (and I assume owner) was friendly and warm, greeting each customer upon arrival and thanking them as they left. He knew several customers by name just during the short time we were there. It was really neat to see. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Three is quite generous. In California this would get a low two for me. Sushi is more difficult further from the ocean, so I felt made sense to be generous. The miso soup was not good, definitely not even verging on authentic. The sushi was not very good quality and, again, not very traditional at all. The tapioca Thai tea was also disappointing. It was quite different than any Thai tea I've had before. The tapioca was not well done either. I'm not from here so not sure if there are just not good Japanese options in the area, but this is not impressive at all.

Have tried them twice now. Sushi isn't what I like, others may. Haven't tried any of their hibachi meals, those could be better.

Was in town for business and hungry for sushi. This place happened to be within walking distance from my hotel. I walked in and was confused at first, but then saw the small sign indicating "order here". I stared at the menu, directly overhead while crimping my neck. I ended up getting a house salad, spider roll and crunchy tuna roll (sub. tempura shrimp). I ordered filled my glass of tea and sat down. The hibachi grill is directly adjacent to the register. While waiting on my food I watched the cook at the grill. He was preparing for a large group. I noticed he dropped a piece of steak on the floor when transfering it from the cooler to the grill. He kept transfering meat. Once he was done he looked up at the large party that was sitting at a table near the front of the restaurant. He bent down to where the meat was and picked it up. He turned his back and I believe he put it back in the cooler and immediately shut the cooler lid. I didn't 100% witness this, but I didn't see a trashcan near the grill. Disgusting. My salad dressing lacked flavor. I tried to add salt, but it didn't help. The Spider roll was amazing. The crunchy tuna roll was ok, but had to drownd it in soy sauce for it to taste good.

I really like this place! Good food, good sauces, good chef. Not fast food but real Japanese restaurant in a strip mall. Try it!

I really like the high quality of the food but with a more casual atmosphere. Good avo roll and veg hibachi dinner. I've eaten here several times both sit-in and take out, and it's consistently good.

This place is amazing. Although the price range is similar to what one may find at a sit down hibachi type dining experience, the food is just as good. There is a hibachi grill that the food is cooked on at the front of the restaurant, very good. Very plain decor, simple all around. Great dining experience. Also, the employees are great. They are all very nice and accomodating.

This has really good Japanese food. Overall, the food service was very fast, and tasted really good. They have hibachi style preparation dishes, sushi, soup and more. The place is kept clean and the staff is very nice.
